This style of Memory Medallion® displays openly the story code that provides connection to your story profile and is 1 3/8" diameter x 1/8" high and comes ready for easy installation on any clean, smooth surface by use of its industrial-strength epoxy patch whereby you merely peel the protective cover off of the adhesive patch and push it firmly against any clean, smooth surface for extreme long-term installation enduring all types of weather if located outdoors or long term endurance for any indoor use.

It is made from laser-etched stainless steel to endure exposure to most all types of weather and it can be mounted just as easily for indoor use if desired.

This Memory Medallion® differs from the Thin Open Face Medallion due to its thickness: The thinner version is 0.018" and this thicker medallion is approximately 1/8" thick.

We also offer a Small Open Face Medallion, which differs in both diameter and thickness. The small version measures at 1" x 0.018".
