Two versions have the MMQR story code enclosed in a stainless steel case, where a case cover is opened for reading the Medallion. Three versions, called "Open Face," have the MMQR Story code openly displayed for immediate reading.

Solid stainless steel, 1 3/8" Diameter x 1/2" High.

2. Memory Medallion - Custom Case (CC): $199.95 ea.

 Same product as above, but you can personalize the case cover of this Medallion for an additional fee.

3. Memory Medallion - Thin Open Face (OF): $99.95 ea.

(MOST PRACTICAL VERSION FOR NEARLY ANY APPLICATION)

This is our most affordable version of the Medallion and is made from laser-etched stainless steel.

4. Memory Medallion - Thick Open Face (TOF): $124.95 ea.
