This style of Memory Medallion® openly displays the story code that provides connection to your story profile.

It is the small version of our Thin Open Face Medallion, which has a larger diameter (1 3/8" x 0.018").

We also offer the Thick Open Face Medallion, which is both larger in diameter and thicker (1 3/8" x  1/8").

Installation: It comes ready for easy installation on any clean, smooth surface by use of its industrial-strength epoxy patch, whereby you merely peel the protective cover off of the adhesive patch and push it firmly against any clean, smooth surface. This will provide extreme long-term installation enduring all types of weather if located outdoors or long term endurance for any indoor use.

Material: It is made from laser-etched stainless steel to endure exposure to most all types of weather and it can be mounted just as easily for indoor use if desired.
